Prices shown are the 12-month rate, per node, per month, and exclude VAT. Services Only is £199 a watch on any term. Monthly rolling and three-year terms are available, and volume pricing is graduated so that each slice of a larger estate pays its own band. No usage maths
Anything with its own health state: a laptop, server, switch, firewall, UPS, camera, printer or cloud instance. One price, every type. The one exception is the largest chassis switches, which count as eight, because they carry the telemetry of dozens of devices. Two charges, and nothing to calculate.
When your estate grows, the new devices appear in your portal marked Discovered, NOT MONITORED. You see they exist, and you decide whether to switch them on. No meter, no true-up, no end-of-quarter surprise. Your bill only changes when you click.
A watch is a third-party feed or an OT system connection, from your plan allowance or £199 a month. Your first ITSM connection is included on every plan. On Premium, every AIOps and FinOps connection from the supported list is included.
Setup is charged once by plan, from £1,500. Historical data can be imported so that prediction works from day one instead of month three. Setup, ingestion packs and custom work are set out in the rate card.
