Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This policy explains how Observability Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or get in touch with us, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.

01Who we are

This website is operated by Observability Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10711888), with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. The Observability platform is owned and operated by Managed247 Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@observability247.com.

02The information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you complete our contact form, we collect your name, work email, telephone number, company, job title, and anything you include in your message.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and the demonstration console uses simulated data only.

03How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and arrange any meeting or demonstration you ask for (our legitimate interest in replying, and taking steps at your request before any contract);
  • protect the site from spam and abuse, and keep it secure (legitimate interest);
  • understand and improve how the site is used (legitimate interest).

Where we rely on your consent, for example for any optional cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.

04Cookies and similar technologies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Our contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells humans from bots, and it may set its own cookie when you interact with the form. We load typefaces from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site and reply to you, acting on our instructions. These include Netlify (hosting), Postmark (email delivery) and Cloudflare (bot protection). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

06International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it for longer.

08Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@observability247.com and we will respond within one month.

09Keeping your data secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we work only with providers who do the same. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

11Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
